CS: GO tournament is back for EGX 2016

Video Games expo EGX is coming back again this year with another competitive tournament for the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, with a prize pool of $100.000.

The UK’s biggest gaming expo organizers joined forces with Gfinity to bring the tournament to life for this year’s iteration with a big prize of $100k. The success of “Champion of Champions” last year was the main reason for the competition to return once more.

Four of the best teams in the world (that are still unannounced for this moment) will compete in three matches of semi-finals and a Grand Final starting Friday September 23. You can buy your own ticket for EGX right here to attend 2016’s edition that is being held in NEC, Birmingham from September 22 to 25.
