Four Huge Teams and one Day of Matches is What Adrenaline Cyber League 2017 all About

The very first details of Adrenaline Cyber League 2017 has been announced today with four teams to participate in the event : from the CIS region. Virtus Pro, Navi, Hellraisers and Flipside will be in attendance, battling for the win in front of what should be a fairly local and fanatical crowd. The teams will play through a best of three bracket, with the overall winner taking home $65,000 of the total $100k on the line, making it an attractive proposition for players local to the event, which all four teams are.

A complete schedule is yet to be announced beyond the start date of June 18, but it seems as though there will be two semi finals, with the losers of each set to receive just $5k apiece. The final will then see the remaining $90k split between the two best sides, with $25k for second and $65k for the win.

Last year’s tournament was smaller in scale and was won by Gambit. The champions will not have a chance to defend their title in 2017, however, as they are not among the included teams. Looking at the organizations invited suggests we will still have a lot of intrigue though, with many fans probably expecting VP and Na’Vi to be the main contenders despite tough times for those two organizations of late.
