Microsoft is working on its own VR technology to be released in 2015

Some sources have unveiled what could be Microsoft’s intention to get into the market of Virtual Reality devices. Revealing news about its very own VR technology to compete with Sony’s Morpheus and Oculus Rift.

News indicate that Microsoft’s VR is actually well into development and entering mass production phase next year. It’s also highly expected that we’ll see a reveal at next E3 or GDC.

Sony revealed their Project Morpheus back in the last GDC. Offering a Virtual Reality experience for their home console the PS4. On the other hand, Facebook has acquired the Oculus Rift which is still in development and to be released for customer with a price point of around $300. Will this be the return of Virtual Reality technology to headlines especially after the vast improvements it has gone through as well as publishers and developers adopting it ?
