Everything we know about patch 9.9 in League of Legends

The new today patch 9.9 have a huge list of changes, including Buff, Nerf, Rework, Adjust and more, according to the official patch note.



In today patch 9.9, Riot is trying to make many changes on multiple champions into usual sicle of balance changes to help the game to stay in healthy.

All changes with new patch 9.9 is here below in this report:

Champions Adjust


  • Base health regeneration decreased from 8 to 3.

Deathbringer Stance (Passive)

  • No longer reduces healing and shields on enemy champions, instead, heals him for bonus physical damage dealt from 5 to 10 percent of the target’s maximum health.
  • Cooldown dropped from 25 to 15 second, Cooldown refunded by 2 seconds per ability or attack landed on enemy champions and large monsters or for each enemy champion hitted by Darkin Blade (Q).

Darkin Blade (Q)

  • Cooldown reduced after the the third cast or when the initial cast window expires.
  • Increase Damage after level one.
  • Reduce Cooldown at later levels

Infernal Chains (W)

  • The slow changed from Scale to flat with 25 percent at all levels.
  • Increase Cooldown at earlier levels.

Umbral Dash (E)

  • No longer have grants attacked damage for 1.5 seconds.

World Ender (R)

  • No longer automatically revive upon death.
  • The duration is now extended by five seconds.
  • The movement speed is refreshed upon each takedown secures after casting the ability.
  • No longer fear nearby minions.
  • Any healing received during the ability’s duration will be increased.
  • Now heals for 30 percent of his maximum health at all levels.
  • Now he has been slowed by 99 percent while reviving.


Mana Barrier (Passive)

  • Reduce mana shield from 50 to 30 percent for 10 seconds after dropping below 20 percent health.

Static Field (R)

  • No longer cause lightning bolts to damage nearby enemies.
  • Now marks enemies hit by the champion’s basic attacks when the ability is off cooldown. Marked enemies then take damage plus 0.3 ability power after a one second delay.

Tahm Kench

  • Health increased from 540 to 600.
  • Health growth reduced from 102 to 100.
  • Movement speed increased from 335 to 345.

An Acquired Taste (Passive)

  • Damage increased from 1.25/1.5/1.75% from maximum health to 1.5% from maximum damage at all level.

Tongue Lash (Q)

  • Slow duration increased from 1.5 to 2 second.
  • Cooldown adjust from 5 second at all ranks to 8/7/6/5/4 seconds.
  • Tongue Range increased from 800 to 900.
  • Slow increased from 30/40/50/60/70% to 50/55/60/65/70%.

Thick Skin (E)

  • Heal increased from 15/20/25/30/35% grey health to 20/25/30/35/40% Grey Health.
  • Shield increased from 70/75/80/85/90% grey health to 80/85/90/95/100% Grey Health.

Abyssal Voyage (R)

  • Range increased from 4500/5500/6500 to 2500/5500/8500.
  • Cool down increased from 120/110/100 seconds to 140/130/120 seconds.

Champions Nerf


Twilight Shroud (W)

  • Extended duration decreased from 8/8.5/9/9.5/10 seconds to 7/7.5/8/8.5/9 seconds.
  • Cooldown increased from 21/19/17/15/13 seconds to 25/22/19/16/13 seconds.


Devastating Charge (E)

  • Minimum damage decreased from 45/80/115/150/185 to 45/75/105/135/165.
  • Maximum damage decreased from 90/160/230/300/370 to 90/150/210/270/330.

Jarvan IV

  • Base health decreased from 571.2 to 570.
  • Mana decreased 302.2 to 300.
  • Mana regeneration decreased from 1.3512 to 1.3.

Golden Aegis (W)

  • Bonus shield adjusted from +2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3% of Jarvan’s maximum health per nearby enemy champion to 1.5% of Jarvan’s maximum health per nearby enemy champion.

Demacian Standard (E)

  • Cooldown increased from 11 to 12.


Black Shield (E)

  • Shield strength lowered from 70/140/210/280/350 to 60/120/180/240/300.
  • Cooldown increased from 23/21/19/17/15 to 26/24/22/20/18.


  • Base AD lowered from 65.5 to 64
  • AD per level lowered from 3.35 to 3

Prey Seeker (Q)

  • Cooldown increased from 11/10/9/8/7 to 12/11.5/11/10.5/10.

Champions Buff


Decimate (Q)

  • Blade damage increased from 40/70/100/130/160 to 50/80/110/140/170.
  • Heal increased from 12/24/36 percent missing health to 15/30/45 percent missing health.


Ring of Frost (W)

  • Damage increased from 70/100/130/160/190 to 70/105/140/175/210.
  • AP ratio increased from 30 percent to 60 percent.


Bramble Smash (Q)

  • Damage increased from 65/105/145/185/225 to 70/115/160/205/250.


  • Attack speed per level increased from 2 to 3

Shadow Dash (E)

  • Bonus health as damage increased from 12 percent to 15 percent.


Kingslayer (W)

  • Base damage increased from 50/75/100/125/150 to 60/90/120/150/180.


Frenzy (W)

  • Bonus attack speed per stack increased from 4/8/12/16/20 percent to 5/10/15/20/25 percent.

Rift Scuttler

Re spawn time increased from 2 minutes to 3 minutes and 15 seconds.
