The new today patch 9.12 had a little changes compared with a several past patches, according to the official patch note.
In today patch 9.12, we see many changes for some champions including Ryze, Sylas and Yummi, and of course the new Mordekaiser. And as always we see many new skins and Chromas for many champions, and all new changes is here below in this report.
- Reduce mana from 400 to 300.
- Increase mana regen from 6 to 8.
Q – Overload
- Ranks changes from 6 to 5.
- Change damage from 60/85/110/135/185 to 80/105/130/155/180.
- No longer grants a shield after consuming 2 Runes.
- Spell damage bonus changes from 40/50/60/70/80% to 10/40/70/100%.
- Reduce bonus movement speed from 25/28/31/34/37/40% to 20/25/30/35/40%.
W – Rune Prison
- Increase damage ratio from 1% bonus mana to 4%.
- Increase cost from 50/60/70/80/90 mana to 40/55/70/85/100 mana.
- No longer rooting the target, instead slowed the target by 35% for 1.5 second.
- Spell Flux Bonus converts slowly to root.
E – Spell Flux
- Reduce damage from 70/90/110/130/150 to 60/80/100/120/140.
- Reduce mana cost from 60/70/80/90/100 to 40/55/70/85/100 mana.
R – Realm Warp
- Ranks changes from 2 to 3.
- Increase minimum cast range from 730 to 1000.
- Maximum cast range 3000.
- Change cooldown from 180 seconds to 210/180/150 seconds.
Passive – Petricite Burst
- Now stores up to 2 charges and its base damage has been increased
Q – Chain Lash
- Reduce damage from 45/70/95/120/145 (+0.60 ability power) to 40/60/80/100/120 (+0.40 ability power).
- Reduce range from 200 to 180 on minions.
W – Kingslayer
- Increase healing from 60/80/100/120/140 (+0.4 ability power) to 70/90/110/130/150 (+0.50 ability power).
E – Abscond/Abduct
- No longer shields himself for 2 seconds on first cast, instead he Grants a 80/115/150/185/220 (+1.0 ability power) shield on enemy champion or monster hit for 2 seconds.
- Increase cooldown from 18/16/14/12/10 seconds to 18/17/16/15/14 seconds.
Passive – Bop N’ Block
- Reduce mana refund from 40-160 based on level to 30-160 based on level.
- Reduce shield from 80-360 (+0.40 ability power) to 80-300 (+0.30 ability power).
- Increase attack damage from 58 to 60.
Passive: Darkness Rise
- Mordekaiser’s basic attacks deal bonus magic damage. After three spells or attacks against a champion, Darkness Rise deals damage to nearby enemies and gives movement speed until Mordekasier is out of combat.
- Mordekaiser slams down his mace, dealing damage in an area or bonus damage to a single enemy.
- The evil overlord absorbs 25 percent of damage taken and damage dealt. Casting once generates a shield with this value. Mordekaiser can cast again to consume 50 percent of the shield for health.
E: Death’s Grasp
- Passive: Mordekaiser gains 25 percent Magic Penetration.
- Active: A deadly claw drags enemies toward him, dealing damage.
R: Realm of Death
- Mordekaiser banishes a single enemy champion to the Death Realm for a seven-second one-vs-one, stealing a percent of their core stats. If he kills his target, he consumes their soul, keeping their partial stats until they respawn.
